WHO WE ARE
The Collective Coffee and Bakery
The Collective was born through the belief that:
1. Coffee shouldn't be complicated
2. Cake shouldn't make you feel guilty
3. And life is done better together
Because of that we value making a coffee experience that leaves everyone with a cup of coffee that they love. We also have worked hard at creating a space that is inviting for people to come in and find community.

Monday - Friday: 6:30 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
WHAT WE SERVE

We've tested multiple espresso beans and continue to test new ones so that we always serve a bold, yet smooth espresso that pairs with over 20 flavors made in-house and 3 different types of milk.
Try your own concoction or ask your barista what they'd suggest. Each barista is trained to know how everything's made and what parts together the best!
